How we do what we do

If you're wondering what it would be like to work with us, this is a great start.

First of all - we are 100% paperless and 100% Xero*. This is how we do our best work together with you.

 

The general process to start working with us then goes as follows:

STEP ONE

Book a free call using the button on our website or Facebook/Instagram, this involves answering a few short questions upfront about your business.

STEP TWO

We have a Microsoft Teams meeting or phone call to discuss your business and how we can help.

​

STEP THREE

We will prepare a proposal summarising what we discussed, along with our estimated costs, and book a meeting in person to discuss.

STEP FOUR

If you're happy then we are happy! Accept the proposal, and we will send you a form to collate all the relevant details we need to bring you on board. If you have an existing accountant, this is also the part where they need to be notified you are making a switch. Either you can give them a heads up, or we can sort it all out on your behalf behind the scenes. As chartered accountants we will need to formally contact them regardless.

 

STEP FIVE

You're all on board, you'll get a Welcome pack and we get going on helping you and your business!

We mainly use a mix of emails, video chats, and phone calls to interact with you, however we'll be around in person if we have

some workshopping/strategising to do with you ...or if you want to buy us a coffee 😅
